Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience but are not mandatory.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
You may be allowed in late, but may not be able to stay longer than your ticket allows.

For all ages, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking available?
No, the venue is located right next to Waterloo Station so we suggest you use public transport where possible.
What kind of security will there be upon arrival?
Please note that there will be bag checking upon entry into the event.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the event.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No, tickets will be available in advance only.
Where can I get tickets?
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can
contact us here and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do carers enter for free?
Please note carers get free admission for this event upon showing the appropriate documentation of proof at the entrance. Documentation such as:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card. February 11/2002.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Bon Appétit Festival: A Festival of Asian food can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
